Please list the Kanto Gym Leaders Pokémon’s Movesets. This includes Moves, Levels, Held Items, Abilities, and Genders if any. As these are the Kanto Leaders, Pokemon and Movesets will need to be provided from RBY, GSC, FRLG, HGSS and rematches, and LGPE and rematches. You must use competitive syntax to answer.
