If a Pokemon uses wish then faints will the next Pokemon heal?

I have a Xatu (with wish) for my special sweeper and an Aggron as physical tank for competitive so I was wondering, if I use wish then Xatu faints and I send out Aggron, will Aggron heal from wish?

If a Pokemon that uses Wish faints, the next Pokemon can have its HP restored , as long as they don't have full HP.

In this replay, Xatu used Wish and fainted on the same turn. On the next turn, I had Aggron use Substitute to lose some HP. At the end of the turn, Aggron's HP was restored.
