So I sometimes hear from some nuzlocker that wobuffet is the run Ender. I have faced a wobbuffet in a nuzlocke and it definitely killed one of my Pokemon(poor meditite), but if you could OHKO it then it would be no problem.why is it the run Ender?

Because it's fat and not that easy to one shot
Probably Destiny Bond, Counter, and Mirror Coat. It can easily take out atleast one Pokémon.

Most things cannot OHKO it. It has a base HP stat of ONE HUNDRED NINETY. Being able to carry Destiny Bond, Mirror coat and Counter means that it's definitely taking something down with it. The thing about it is that it can spam destiny bond, so that makes it almost impossible to kill without losing something. On top of that, we haven't addressed a major factor. You literally can't run from it. If you're just walking through the grass with low HP Pokemon and you have to go to the Pokemon center, you could be caught off guard by that Punching bag boi.

TLDR: It's hard to OHKO, and can spam destiny bond/mirror coat/counter. You also can't escape from it.

It has counter, mirror coat, and the deadly destiny bond. I think it could also have shadow tag, so once it uses destiny bond, you have to beat it, causing the sacrifice of the Pokemon that got destiny-bonded, which could hurt if its your starter. It happened to my frogadier in my y nuzlocke. Its also not that easy to ohko either. It has very high hp.

...58 is not decent
If you want to play it safe, by the time X/Y rolls around, you can use a useless item like a Paralyze Heal against Wobbuffet, which will not be consumed if you don't have a status for it to fix, but does waste the turn. This allows you to purposely avoid springing its trap, and if you want to count PP, you can determine when it's out of both Destiny Bond and the move that can punish whatever attack you might plan on using against it. Or, if you don't want to count, you can keep using the item even longer until it eventually uses Struggle, then you only have to survive four Struggles instead of hoping that it never picks the wrong move to punish yours.
