I basically want to know before I transfer my pidgeotite item from Alpha sapphire to Pokemon X if not then that is ok for me.
No, you can't.
Mega Pidgeot doesn't exist in Pokemon X, so therefore a Pidgeot holding Pidgeotite can't be transferred from ORAS to Pokemon X/Y.
Pokémon holding Pidgeotite in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire cannot be traded to Pokémon X and Y.
