Can EV and IV cheated pokemon enter wi-fi random match up?

is there any way or cheat that ev and iv cheated pokemon could enter wi-fi random match up?

Pokemon that are not legitimately available, e.g. stats of 999 or whatever, will never be able to get on Nintendo WFC. But if the Pokemon is one that you could legitimately get in game such as all 31 IVs and regular base stats, then it should be fine.

It depends on what you change with AR though, because it may corrupt the Pokemon data, even if the stats are normal.

Ev and Iv cheated pokemon could easily enter random match up if any common Joe had an Ar.

AR pokemon aren't read by the game, so you can't use those in the Random Matchup, I believe. You can definitely Pokesav or Pokegen your pokemon though.
