Should I use Kyogre, Groudon, or Rayquaza in Gen 7 AG?

I’m thinking rayquaza but I don’t know?
My team is marshadow Necrozma-Dusk-Mane Zekrom
My format is Pokemon showdown gen-7 anything goes

I'm assuming you're going to use Mega Rayquaza or the Primal forms of the Kyogre and Groudon

Rayquaza

• Can mega evolve and hold an item at the same time, making it an incredible wallbreaker
• Has access to lots of great moves like Dragon Ascent, V-Create, Earthquake, Dragon Dance, Extreme Speed on the physical side and Draco Meteor, Surf, Overheat on the special side
• Flying is a great offensive typing as it has good coverage on the metagame
• High Speed stat and an insane attack stat
• Ignores weather with Air Lock and then changes it with Delta Stream after mega evolving, allowing it to hit Primal Groudon with a water type move like Surf or Waterfall
• Its Dragon typing does it no good offensively and doesn't do too much defensively
• Mega Rayquaza is so popular some Pokemon like Shuca Berry Tyranitar have been seeing usage solely to counter Mega Rayquaza
• Stealth Rock weak

Groudon

• Has an incredible offensive and defensive typing
• Great movepool
• Wildly unpredictable
• Only 1 weakness thanks to Desolate Land
• Great Defense and HP stat
• 90 Defense stat is only decent
• Doesn't have recovery outside of Rest and can't really fit Sleep Talk on its moveset
• Primal Groudon can do many things, but it can't do everything at once

Kyogre

• Great HP and Special Defense
• Great defensive typing
• Access to moves like Scald and Calm Mind
• Despite being more defensively oriented, it has a terrifying base Special Attack stat of 180
• Pretty predictable
• Lack of recovery

Overall I'd go with Mega Rayquaza but it wouldn't be a terrible decision to just slap all 3 of them on your team. Either way, I'd recommend Defog or Rapid Spin support from Giratina, Giratina-Origin, one of the Arceus forms (preferably Fairy to counter Mega Rayquaza), or Excadrill

Lugia is a v bad Defogger in Gen 7 AG; Ho-Oh is higher in the VR's and is far better.
Defensive POgre is a v nice counter to Stall, and Rest is reliable when you have a truck load of defense.
And I won't call POgre "always" predictable, Offensive ones are, yes, but Defensive ones can pose a problem rlly.

Technically, according to your answer every Pokemon that is not immune to Spikes, Stealth Rock, etc. or weak to that is bad. So, my question is that is Celeestela a better flying-type than Mega-Ray because it isn't weak to Stealth Rock?
And when did Groudon have Base 90 Defense? i think you meant SpDef.

Primal Groudon would destroy you if you didn't have the dragon-typing.

Mega Raquaza a HUNDRED percent. Mega rayquaza has amazing stats, an interesting method of mega evolution that allows it to carry items and finally, a brilliant typing.
Honestly, I would carry all 3. Kyogre is a very good special attacker, and Groudon is usually a physical attacker. Here are sets for all 3:
