Where to find a Substitute TR in SW/SH?

I have an Umbreon and I want it to learn Substitute, can you help me?

Substitute is TR20 in SwSh. This TR can be found/purchased from Watt Traders, Max Raid Battles in East Lake Axewell and Rolling Fields, or the Cram-o-matic. Each one you purchase costs 3,000 Watts.
