Is this pidgeot card a fake?

I'm new to this forum. I have come across a Pidgeot card (non holo). I know there were some misprints of this card without the jungle symbol on. However, I've came across this one with what I can describe as a medal symbol. Is it a fake, misprint or version I am unaware of.

The Pidgeot card is not a fake, it is from the set "Legendary Collection." The set symbol of Legendary Collection is a medal. This set had reprints of cards from older expansions, in this case Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, and Rocket.

It isn't fake. It's from the Legendary Collection Expansion.
The set number in the bottom right should read 33/110.
