Sudden double damage!?

Question

In this replay, blaze kick suddenly almost doubled it's damage? How?
It can't be metronome (item) as it doubled after 2 turns...

It was Blaze, he did 42-5% instead of 29% when his HP was in a pinch (1/3 of health, or 33%).

Since it did not show Blaziken's speed being raised, the only other ability it can have is Blaze.
