  • First, go to Icirrus City
  • Go to the Pokemon Fan Club house on the west side(It has a sign next to it)
  • There will be a lady inside with a Munna
  • Talk to her and she will tell you

You can find a woman in Icirrus City at the Pokemon Fan Club house. She will tell you how friendly your pokemon is to you. To make a pokemon happy, make it participate in many battles, and prevent it from fainting too often. Riolu and Eeevee are two examples of pokemon that can evolve from hapiness. There are many others too.
