How to beat Cheren's Servine in my Solo Oshawott Run?

Ok so I did hack his stats to be perfect for this run don't @ me

EV: 252 Atk, 252 Sp. Atk

Moves:

• Revenge
• Return
• Water Pulse
• Fury Cutter

Pokemon Black version, at the Rival battle after beating Skyla.
His Servine two shots my Otter

I've tried working up Fury Cutter on his Tranquil/Unfesent, but it has detect so that doesn't work. I can one shot his Bird with Water Pulse, but his Servine outspeeds so I can't land my second hit with return to knock him out.

Aerial Ace can beat up the Servine in no time at all.

X-Scissor is even better than Aerial Ace, and can be used to much the same effect.

I know you said Fury Cutter isn't working, but you can try it anyways.

If you can Encore it into a status move, it'll be dead within moments.

Alternatively, just overlevel until you wipe the floor with it.

For Simipour, I feel like you can just murder it with a couple of Returns.
