It is said that Draco Meteor is exclusive to Dragon types an two Pokemon with normal types can learn it they are :ARCEUS and TYPE:NULL. Arcues has the ability multityping but Type:Null doesnt have that too but how is it possible to learn Draco Meteor.
Type: Null doesn't learn Draco Meteor. Its evolution, Silvally, does, because it has a similar ability to Arceus that allows it to change types.
