I'm breeding a 6IV Ditto with an HA Ponyta-G. I was getting HA hatchlings, up until I gave my Ditto a Destiny Knot, and all of a sudden, I haven't gotten an HA since. Why? Does Destiny Knot disable the other parent from giving their HA?

How many Eggs have you hatched since then?
Just under two boxes worth
SHINY POMYTA AAA
GUYS I JUST HATCHED A SHINY PONYTA AND IT ISNT HA
I took the ponyta back and i wasnt sure which slot it went into in the pc since i just released all the non HA or non Amazing IV back so i couldnt check if it was HA or not (i be dum) so its very possible it wasnt ha and i got them mixed up but before anyone writes an answer saying "youre an idiot" id still appreciate if some research proving i was an idiot

The Destiny Knot does not prevent Abilities from being passed down.

Additionally, there is no way to prevent an Ability from being passed down.

One more thing, Females and Males breeding with Ditto have a 60% chance to pass down their Hidden Ability if you did indeed Breed the HA one. If you aren't breeding the HA one, it is impossible to get a HA Ponyta. You are either lucky, lucky, lucky, lucky, lucky, luck girl, or you most likely had a slight mental lapse of which Ponyta you put into the Daycare Center (Which is much more likely).
