Where do you find the Eighth Gym Leader in Pokemon Emerald

I just need help on this i dont know where to find the Eighth Gym Leader can you please help me out. PLEASE!

You have to go to the cave of origin, then pacifidlog town to find him. Nearby is the Sky Pillar, which holds Rayquaza. After getting him, you can go back to see Juan there as Rayquaza resolves the conflict between Kyogre and Groudon. The gym itself doesn't have too difficult a puzzle.

The Emerald Sootopolis Gym looks much easier that the Alpha Sapphire Sootopolis Gym layout. I fell through the ice about 50 million times while doing trial and error with the tiles...Step on an ice tile twice, SHATTER, walk back up the stairs to retry...
