Are you sure you don't mean Spikes and Toxic Spikes?

no. i need a lead that can poison And put out spikes. the move may be called toxic spikes im not really sure

It seems to me you mean toxic spikes, also that's more common to but up spikes and toxic spikes, (maybe stealth rock)
