All Pokémon's have their Accuracy reduced when
Fog appears (D/p/Pt in Route 210, Victory Road & Turnback Cave.) When active, it reduces the accuracy of pokemon's attacks. This doesn't come up to often, so it's not much to worry about.
- You could use moves with infinite accuracy like Aerial Ace and Aura Sphere.
- -You could us a pokemon like Machamp with the ability no guard.
- The last, and best decision is to simply use the move defog, (HM 05) which clears out the fog and you don't have to worry about it.
