So, let me explain. I was just watching the Pokemon Anime and I saw the Pokemon say its name instead of its usual cry. (Example: Pikachu says, "Pika" instead of it's in-game cry) So my question is, does this happen in the games?
I watched this entire video and these are the ones I found. Of course, I may pronounce names wrong/differently, so some of these might not count.....
Pikachu and Eevee have cries that say their names.
