I got a Rotom in Lake of Outrage, but it was just the normal form. Is there any way to get the other forms?
Rotom's forms make a return once again, but this time you don't need to go to a specific place in order to change Rotom's form. In Wyndon, you'll encounter a man who battles you with his 3 Rotom forms. Once defeated, he will give you the special Rotom Catalog item which will allow you to change the form of your Rotom anywhere you desire.
This man can be found in a house near the park area.
