There are a ton of healing moves and abilities for both status conditions and HP, but what Pokemon is the master of healing allies and other teammates ?
Please answer with a moveset including items, moves, abilities, EVs and natures.

Situational. I wouldn't want say a comfey with my team eith Gardevoir and hatterene cause of all fairy types
I like Comfey. It has access to Floral Healing and has Triage, making Floral Healing have priority and heals by 50% HP. Has Synthesis for healing itself, solid defenses so it can survive a hit.
What game are you asking about? What do you want to do with a healing Pokemon? Do you want to battle other people, in-game trainers, or something else?

Comfey, Clawitzer, or Tapu Fini
I picked Comfey due to it having the ability Triage giving off priority healing (+3 priority is insane) I also picked Clawitzer because it has the ability Mega Launcher which let its heal pulse to heal 3/4 of an ally's max hp. Tapu Fini has Misty Surge and good support moves. So it really depends if you want more healing, status immunity, or priority healing.

Clawitzer @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Mega Launcher
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Heal Pulse
- Helping Hand
- Flip Turn
- Icy Wind

Comfey @ Focus Sash
Ability: Triage
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Bold Nature
- Floral Healing
- Giga Drain
- Helping Hand
- Aromatherapy

Tapu Fini @ Misty Seed
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 124 Def / 8 SpA / 128 SpD
Calm Nature
- Light Screen
- Heal Pulse
- Reflect
- Icy Wind
Here are some other options for them
Comfey: Defog, Heal Bell, Tailwind, Synthesis, Tailwind, Taunt, Ally Switch, Light Screen, Trick Room, and Charm
Clawitzer: Aqua Jet and Muddy Water
Tapu Fini: Scald, Muddy Water, Taunt, and Soak
(You would want to change some of the EVs for some of these other moves)
Also, I assumed these would be support Pokemon.

These are all usesless in singles tho and they never specified doubles. Also, clawizer isn't very good because of its not very good bulk, and even tho it gets 75% health from heal pulse, I don't think it's really worth it
@ ☆SleepyDreepy☆ Actually, they did specify doubles because I don't think you can heal an ally in singles. Also, I like suggesting pokemon that are not used often. Just because a Pokemon is in NU or lower doesn't make a pokemon trash. Clawizter could be used with a focus sash for a 1-time heal if you don't think it's bulky.
Wish passing is a thing. ALso, I never said it was trash because it was in NU, but it could easily be double focused. Also, 252 in hp is better than 252 in def or sp def
