So I was making a set for my Kingdra in Showdown! and saw that both scope lens and razor claw raise the critical-hit ratio by one stage. Are there any other differences and if so can you tell me which one is better?
Scope lens exists in gens 2 and 3, and razor claw can evolve Weavile. Those are the only differences. source source
