What is the chance of a 6IV poke in this situation?

I have a 6IV poke with destiny knot with a 5IV poke with a power item what is the chance of the egg being 6IV? Like a percent chance.

I'm not 100% sure, but I know that Destiny Knot will allow your egg to have 5 perfect ivs.
If you're lucky, the power item will help you get that last perfect iv, if not, the power item will override one perfect iv from destiny knot and you'll probably get a 5iv Pokemon.
If all goes well however, I think that there's a good chance in geting a 6iv Pokemon, but will most probably get a 5iv one.
