What move should I replace with Earthquake for Shell Smash Barbaracle?

I'm playing Gen 8 OU, I have a Shell Smash Barbaracle:

Barbaracle @ White Herb
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Shell Smash
- Liquidation
- Cross Chop
- Stone Edge

I want Barbaracle to know Earthquake, so it can hit hard against Toxapex. Which move should I replace with Earthquake?

Why are you using a Barbarnacle? Why not Crawdaunt?

I would say get rid of Cross Chop. It may get the Tough Claws boost, but it isn't STAB, nor does it cover any of your weaknesses. It could certainly prove useful, but I believe it is the best move to replace with Earthquake.
