Are these Pokemon allowed in ranked battles in Sw/Sh?

I read an answer to a question about which Pokemon are allowed in ranked battles for every generation, and among the answer this person said that Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres are allowed in ranked battles. Is this true?

Articuno, zapdos, and moltres aren’t even in sword and shield yet

Yes, they're allowed, but they're not currently in SWSH.

Thanks for answering! I have all three of those Pokemon, so I will transfer them from Let's go to Sword. I might finally threaten those unbeatable experts I keep going up against!
