What does "best to grind" mean? If you want to gain experience fast, then you should probably play ORAS because it has Blissey bases.

This also depends on what you are raising. Say you want to raise a good crawduant but the best game is gen 1(I doubt this but it's just an example) This should be put in the question, and if it's just in general then that should be noted too

This is true. Blissey bases are arguably the best place to grind in any game, so ORAS would have to take the cake.

Why are Blissey bases so great? Because Blissey gives out a huge amount of EXP, and they're fairly easy to beat using physical moves.

I agree. Blissey SOSing in USUM is arguably better though, because you can get shiny/comp blisseys too

Well from my experience i’d say USUM because of Wormholes and every poke in them being lv 60.
