What is a good Harvest strategy ?

To be specific it’s for K-exeggutor with it’s HA and I want to make use of it but I don’t know what berry to give him.

The Sitrus Berry is generally the best for Harvest strategies because it allows you to regain health indefinitely. Once you reach half health, it restores HP, and you can flip a coin every turn to see if you can do it again.
