What are all of the moves that include hands, fists or arms in Ultra sun and who can learn one of each?

It would be really cool to base a moveset on the different animations that include hands like punches, hammer arm and cross chop. If you could leave some Pokemon that can learn the most diverse options out of the pool it would he greatly appreciated.

This might not be what you're asking, but the ability Iron Fist (which boosts all punching moves) boosts Bullet Punch, Comet Punch, Dizzy Punch, Drain Punch, Dynamic Punch, Fire Punch, Focus Punch, Hammer Arm, Ice Punch, Ice Hammer, Mach Punch, Mega Punch, Meteor Mash, Plasma Fists, Power-up Punch, Shadow Punch, Sky Uppercut, and Thunder Punch. There is also Double Iron Bash, but I'm pretty sure that isn't in Ultra Sun.
