Easiest way to BREED a shiny Pokemon???

I've heard about the Masuda method, which raises your chances of hatching a shiny pokemon from about 1 in 9000 to about 1 in 2000. I've been breeding Shuckles for just about 1 1/2 years and have yet to get a shiny... What is the easiest way to produce a shiny through breeding? (WITHOUT HACKING OR CHEATING OR MESSING UP THE GAME PLZ ;D)

The only way to increase chance of shiny through breeding is that the parents are from different language games eg. Canadian ditto with German Lucario.
