What is the strongest priority move?

To clarify, only in the Galar Dex-Armor Dex.

The strongest priority move is First Impression, with 90 base power, but, technically, Gale Wings Brave Bird is the strongest at 120 base power, and since the only Gale Wings users are flying type, they get stab, so thats 180 base power. The reason why I included Brave Bird and not Sky Attack is because since Sky Attack is a 2-turn move, it essentially has 70 Base Power, and besides, Talonflame can't learn Sky Attack

The strongest priority move in base power is First Impression, but you can only use it on the first turn. The strongest non-situational priority move is Extreme Speed.

It would have to bet First Impression, with 90 BP. It has +2 priority. Close behind are Extreme Speed (80 BP), Water Shuriken (75 BP if it hits 5 times), and Sucker Punch (70 BP).

First Impression, with a priority level of +2 and a base power of 90, is the highest base power positive priority move in Galar.

However, the strongest negative priority move in Galar would have to be either Counter or Mirror Coat. Depending on the attack hitting the Pokemon using one of them, the damage output has the potential to be massive.
