Has earthquake ever been used in the anime?

Question

Aside from that episode where a Whiscash ate Ash's badge case in the hoenn part of the anime, has it ever been used again by any Pokemon? If not, was there any particular reason why?

Somebody has already answered this question, but as a side note, Earthquake and similar moves have stopped appearing in the anime since Japan experiences frequent earthquakes and thus they can be a sensitive subject for viewers who are impacted by them.
