How do I find the shiny wailord?

Question

I have used TONS of wishing pieces, looked through TONS of Raid Dens, yet no shiny wailord, and very few wailords to begin with. I updated the wild area news, so don’t say it’s a possibility I didn’t do that because I am seeing lots of sharpedos and jellicents. Is there a certain place that has a higher chance of finding it, or am I just unlucky?

You’re just unlucky, it seems. According to Serebii, it only has a 2% spawn rate, so it’s pretty rare. I would just keep looking.
