Is there a way to release eggs ?

I've found my shiny but I still have a box of Eggs.
Can I release them as Eggs or do I have to hatch them ?

There isn’t a way to release eggs, you just have to hatch/trade them. I recommend using a Pokémon with Flame Body and a Roto Hatch, and just start hatching them and once you’re done you can release them.

You have to either trade them away or hatch them. There's no other way, unfortunately. Guess GameFreak thought it'd be too immoral to just leave a bunch of unhatched eggs lying around.
