It doesn't look like any sort of animal or creature that I know of... I'm very curious as to what it could be.
Audino seems to be partially based on rabbits, with features similar to that of a physician or nurse. The stethoscope-like feelers on its ears also bring to mind a cochlea, a part of the inner ear involved in hearing, or a butterfly's antennae, or proboscis. The ears themselves resemble butterfly wings, especially in its Mega Evolved form, which may mean it was based on some depiction of a fairy. Mega Audino could take some influence from angels, as well as doctors. Mega Audino may also have a resemblance to the Sweet Lolita fashion style, having flowing, white and pink "coat", "boots", and ears.
Audino is based on a rabbit and nurses/physicians.

As stated, Audino appears to be a rabbit, with design features that make it like a healer or doctor of some sort. It's name and large ears likely help show that it is rabbit, as they typically have great hearing abilities (the name sounds similar to "I don't know," but also "audio." I will say, it doesn't resemble one exactly, but I suppose it's similar.
