Can the Pokemon Kubfu breed?

Im assuming not, since it's a legendary. But it has a gender (although that usually still doesn't matter), so can it breed?

Kubfu is part of the Undiscovered egg group, which means it can't breed with anything/produce any eggs, including with Ditto.
