Hey Yuya, I don't know if you realized, but as far as I can see, you forgot Kabutops, a fossil Pokémon. Although technically speaking, Kabuto, its basic evolution, is the stage 1 if you count the Fossil as a Pokémon. Anyway, just letting you know. Also, Galatian Linoone does not belong in Hoenn, Hisuian Sliggoo does not belong in Kalos, and Galarian Mr. Mime does not belong in Kalos. That is, unless I don't know something you do?
@Raptor1914 She's right about Kabutops, actually. In the video games you do need the fossils in order to revive prehistoric pokemon, but it's not considered an evolution. The fossils in the games don't count as pokemon but rather as key items.
@Raptor, I put the alternate forms in the normal Pokemon's region (such as Galarian Linoone in Hoenn) because the normal Pokemon was introduced in that region. Maybe I should change it. But I'm confused as to what you mean by mistakes. Could you elaborate on what they are?
@Raptor do you know what a middle evolution is? Why is, for example, Magmortar a middle compared to Magmar (who is objectively the middle Pokemon in the line)?
If the line of thought here is that baby Pokémon should be included, then OK, I'll shut up. Is that what you're trying to say? Baby Pokémon are part of this conversation?
Baby Pokemon should be included because they're Pokemon that evolve into other Pokemon.

keep in mind this is only pokemon in chains of three. Pokemon like Ekans--> arbok are only 2 chain evolutions, and have no middle evolved pokemon.
you forgot Pidgeotto.
