Other than the battle maison, are there other ways to get bp? This thing is literally driving me insane. If there are other ways, how much bp do they give?

Don't think so, unless you count hacking.

There's the Battle Institute in Mauville, which pits you up against a series of 5 battles that are lifted from various stages of the Maison challenge (so it's still that kind of battle), but there's no streaks or requirement that you win all 5. It uses a scoring system that incentivizes winning the battles as fast as possible, and after all the battles are over you'll receive between 3 and 15 BP, with better performances earning more. Still, 3 BP for doing nothing but clicking the forfeit button five times in a row can be helpful for building up an initial stockpile of BP with which to buy items.

Other than the Battle Maison, Pokémon Bank and the Battle Institute.

PokéBank:

In Pokémon Bank, the player earns Poké Miles over time, based on the number of Pokémon they have in their Bank. When the player connects a game to their Pokémon Bank account, they can choose to receive any accrued Poké Miles as either Poké Miles or Battle Points (in which case they divided by 10, rounded down) in that game.

Battle Institute:

At the end of the fifth battle, the player is awarded a score and a rank. In Generation VI, the player will receive a certain amount of Battle Points and an item depending on their rank, and the white computer on the right side can be used to recall the high score list in each battle mode.

The point system is shown as a table on the Bulbapedia page, so make sure to take a look at that. Sadistic went into more depth with that specifically in their answer as well.
Hope I helped!
