since I cannot provide a method here of transferring from crystal or hacking one in (because I know people would hate me if I did), I'll have to tell you the only method of obtaining Kanto starters in RSE would be from trading with someone playing FRLG or someone who has already moved them to RSE ( or someone who has been breeding them in RSE )
