What held items increase speed without hindering the user?

Question

The Choice Scarf provides a nice speed increase, but limits the user to one move before being withdrawn. I'm looking for held items that don't have a negative effect on my Pokémon but still provide a speed boost.

Edit: this includes held items that provide a priority boost, thereby making the Pokémon move first.

At first, Coice Scraf, not Band, Band is for Atk, and also Quick Claw increases Spd aka Priority

The only other ones are Salac berry, Starf berry, and quick powder.
