Can follow me affect sucker punch?

Question

I'm still working on other possible teams, so today I've decided to try an Explosion Silvally-Ghost team. I'm running Silvally-Ghost just to avoid Fake Out, but that leads me to another enemy I could have: Sucker Punch. So, does Follow Me affect Sucker Punch?

Yes, as follow me is a +3 priority move, but sucker punch is +1 priority. However, Sucker punch would fail as Follow Me is a non-attacking move.
