How can I evolve Piloswine in Sword and Shield?

Mamoswine is the toughest Pokemon for me to get how do I get a piloswine to learn ancient powder if he cant be a level 1.

The man on the left side of the Pokémon Center can make your Pokémon remember any of its level-up moves.

Also, keep it mind that your Pokémon needs to level-up in order to gain its level-up moves. I know this sounds self-explanatory, but in SM/USUM you were able to teach a Lv. 1 Pokémon ANY of its level-up moves (even those moves it learns in order to evolve). For some reason they stopped doing that in SwSh.
