I am breeding a female nidoran(caught in-game) with a shiny ditto( caught using red gyrados mimic in Pokemon yellow) to breed a shiny male nidoran. Should I save before collecting the egg from the day care man and soft reset if that egg isn't shiny? OR I keep on collecting and hatching eggs till I get shiny?
Really, either of the methods will work. The faster one however is the second method. This is because you could get another egg while hatching the first one. And so on, and on.
