How to get Charizard with Metal Claw (without breeding)?

I heard it could learn via level up or TM in some generation forgot...

I really want the move for my competitive Charizard.

In FireRed and LeafGreen, the Charmander family can learn Metal Claw at Level 13. If you want to acquire a Charizard with Metal Claw without breeding on a title before Gen 8, you will need to play FireRed or LeafGreen.

In Scarlet and Violet, Metal Claw is a TM that can be taught to Charmander at any time with no need for breeding. Via Pokemon HOME, you can transfer this Charmander to Sword, Shield, Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl.
