Can I still get all the Pokemon from Black and White in Black and White 2?

Question

Basically can I get all the Pokemon from Black and White in Black and White 2? I have a friend getting Pokemon Black 2 and I'm getting White 2, and I want to know if all the previous Pokemon in Black and White are obtainable in Black and White 2.

Note that my source uses a definition of "obtainable" that's kind of controversial. For example, Regigigas is obtainable in BW2 only if the player trades keys with the opposite version. So it's similar to the version exclusives because it requires connecting with another game to obtain, but my source counts Regigigas as "obtainable". I don't know how many other Pokemon are like this.

The Event Victini from BW is not obtainable in B2/W2. Otherwise, all Generation 5 Pokémon can be obtained in both BW and B2/W2. However, breeding may be necessary to a certain extent, and B2/W2 has a total of 300 Pokémon in its regional Pokedex whereas BW only have the new Pokémon that came out in Generation 5. If you have an Action Replay, you can always hack in any missing Pokémon you may need to complete the Pokedex.

Comments

Tornadus and Thundurus are obtainable in BW but not in BW2. Also I'm pretty sure the answer should include all Pokemon that existed in those games, not only the ones that were new in Generation 5.
