Does the Hyper Training effects remain?

I'm talking about the new USUM feature for maxing the Pokémon IV's with bottle caps.
Does their effect remain after trades or, what's more important, during WiFi battles?

I know hyper training can be used in Wifi battles, but I'm not sure about trades.

Hyper Training is permanent. It cannot be undone by any means.
