RNG Manipulation In Black 2?

Question

Because I love shinies. Anyways, can anyone guide me into doing RNG manipulation with my Pokémon Black 2 my 3DS(I’m going to assume all software is up to date) and my old Mac book Air (if connection is required). ?

The only Shiny I got is Gible from Benga but I think that should work...

Also preferably a solution that doesn’t require homebrew or hacks because I can’t really do those.
