How do I get torchic with the egg move endure and the ability Speed boost?

Dunsparce, Swinub, Piloswine, Mamoswine, Phanpy, Donphan, Vigoroth, Pachirisu, Cubchoo, and Beartic all learn Endure by level up and can breed with Torchic. Buneary learns it the earliest, at level 6, and can be found pretty easily on Route 1 if you’re in SM/USUM.
You will need to breed a male of one of these Pokémon with a female Torchic with Speed Boost. HA Torchic is event-exclusive, so if you don’t already have one, you’ll need to trade with someone who does.

Hidden Ability Torchic is event exclusive???? I seen someone giving them out for any other HA. Also friend safari in X I think has Torchic. Correct me if I’m wrong tho.

It’s like Own Tempo Rockruff. It’s event-exclusive, so if you don’t already have one, you can’t get one without outside help. But once you have one, you can breed as many as you like.

Hack one into the game and breed it. The baby speed boost Torchic will be considered legal.

Pokémon bred from illegitimate Pokémon are also illegit. I know some people will disagree with me, but my policy is that, if a method *can* be used to obtain impossible Pokémon, then any Pokémon obtained using that method is illegitimate. By your statement, Dream Ball Rowlet is legal.
In any case, despite being event-exclusive, HA Torchic really isn’t all that rare. Just go onto any trading forum and offer something for it, like another HA Pokémon, or a Bottlecap. There’s really no need to resort to hacking.
