No. These are all Hidden Power [Fire] IV Combinations (O/E mean Odd/Even). You must have 31 Special Defense (or odd) to get HP Fire. :P

Conversely, you must have a 30 (or Even) in Speed and Special Attack. The HP, Attack, and Defense Vary; the easiest to breed for is probably the first one (O/E/O/E/O/E); it also gives you the most bulk. :P
