What happens if you use hacked Pokemon in an online match?

So I received a shiny Mewtwo in Let’s Go and it looks to be hacked. If I use this in a online match will I be banned?

I dont have the game, but I'm pretty sure you will get banned by Nintendo/The Pokémon Company for using hacked Pokémon online, it's been like for all online modes. Or someone could report you and get you banned. Also, what does the Shiny Mewtwo look like (moves, stats, etc.)?

I think that Mewtwo is legitimately obtainable, but it still might be hacked.

This might be outdated information, but as far as I know, LGP/E have no hack checks. It it possible to use Pokemon in online battles with moves they cannot legitmately obtain. https://www.resetera.com/threads/81442/
Perhaps that would get you banned, but given the developers' overall inaction against hacked and cloned Pokemon in Gen 6/7, I think it is very doubtful.

This allows people to simulate Faraway battles in a balanced format, without worrying about Game Freak's lack of a hack check (seriously like, you can go into battle with Mega Mewtwo X and evolve it into Mega Mewtwo Y).
