What Water-type would fit my team best for Sun/Moon?

Question

Hi I want a water type Pokemon for my team and I was thinking about Gyrados but I want a special attacker Pokemon (Starmie maybe). I stay with Gyrados or I choose another Pokemon.
This is my team : Incineroar , Alolan Muk , Luxray , Mimikyu , and Flygon. Only in game.

I think the best water type special attacker is Pelipper. It gets drizzle and learns air cutter and scald pretty early.

Pelipper is probably the best due to Drizzle and a good movepool. Other ones I might suggest include Wishiwashi, Starmie, Tentacruel, and Vaporeon are up there as good options.
