Other than using King's Shield, are there any other ways to change Aegislash into its Shield Form?

Yep, switching out does.

It changes to Blade Forme when using a damaging move, and reverts to Shield Forme when using King's Shield. Status moves other than King's Shield will not change its form.

I wonder if that is true. Though that would be weird because it's just like Giratina (Orgin) turning back into Altered form just because it switched out.

Some Pokemon can only change form in battle, and some Pokemon can only change form out of battle. They're different. Aegislash is in the first group, and Giratina is in the second group.
