How do I rematch Green in Cerulean City?

Question

This page on Bulbapedia says I can rematch Green after defeating her in Cerulean Cave (which I have done) but I don’t see her anywhere. How do I get her to appear?

Well I found out that you have to beat the Elite Four again if you want her to reappear. Try doing that, I think it should work. I’m not sure if you have to do this everyday in order for this to happen. The Bulbapedia article you got there hasn’t been fully updated yet. Hope I helped:))
